BBB SMOOTHIE BOWL

(banana, berry & beetroot)

 Fight anemia with this energizing smoothie bowl!

Ingredients: 

1 raw beetroot 

1 frozen banana 

1 apple 

1 cup of frozen berries 

3 tablespoons almond/coconut or just any kind of milk you want 

4 cubes of ice (optional)

2 large tablespoons of water 


Instructions: 

Peel your raw beetroot, banana and apple (obviously lol) and combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a bowl and add your favorite toppings and there you have it! so easy!
