Women's economic empowerment

How can you #EngageandChange?

This article was live! We updated it with #EngageandChange content from our 'Women's economic empowerment' event, featuring our #EngageandChange Champion!

So, why do we need to Engage with issues surrounding Women's Economic Empowerment, and Change them for the better?

Put simply - no one should be left behind when it comes to global economic prosperity. Whilst there is no silver bullet for removing constraints to women's full and equal economic participation, there is a definite role for government, business, civil society and academia to take concrete actions to effect change.

But, how will this event help?

Following on from our three previous meetings on promoting women's economic empowerment, this next event in the series focuses on concrete actions for empowering women as economic actors.

This year's event will examine on how best to create an enabling environment through strategically tailored initiatives and partnerships between business, government, and civil society.
