Balanced economies and societies
November 2016

The premise: economies and nations cannot grow or engage with the world if half their population is excluded from full economic, political and societal participation.

The participants: handpicked and international, representative of multiple genders.

The plan: our participants will aim to achieve two key tasks:

1) Decide how to bring the global network of activism and policy/legislative change together

2) Develop strategies for businesses to engage with men and women at all stages of their careers

The product: policy recommendations at an international level that will ensure equality of opportunity and career progression in business and political spheres.

The question of quotas arose – are they a means by which to speed up history?
