Hoptoberfest @ Hophaus - If you didn't hear about the dachshund race what is wrong with you? Those little wieners are all run out now but Hophaus has a feast of events on throughout the month.
Beer Appreciation @ The Swanston Hotel - $35 for five beers, five canapés and an evening run by James Squire's brewer. It doesn't get much better, but if it helps, all proceeds are going to Mission Australia!
