SKILLS, QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCES
SKILLS are things you are good at doing. Some people are naturally good at certain things, like football or art or dancing, but you can learn new skills and improve existing skills. Sometimes you take your skills for granted. Now that you need to showcase your skills, you should make a list of ALL the things you are good at doing, even if you don't think it's important.
QUALITIES are personal attributes - things about your personality which make you who you are. You might be a caring person, a determined person or a patient person - these qualities define you. Mostly, your qualities are "built-in" to your character, but you can develop your qualities just like you can improve your skills. For example, if you are not very punctual, you can improve your time-keeping.
EXPERIENCES are things you have done or achieved in the past, such as a job, volunteering, leisure activities or hobbies. If you have strong experiences you should value them - the things you have done in your past say a lot about you. For example, if you worked in a shop it demonstrates that you are trustworthy, have good time-keeping, and can handle money.
