DCMS is working with industry to support the Tech Talent Charter, which brings together the public, private and charitable sectors to make sure we have the diversity of thought and skills our country needs to remain a world leader in tech.
It gives organisations tangible actions to adopt to change their hiring and retention practices to become more gender diverse.
More than 150 companies, from international tech giants right through to start-ups, have signed. DCMS and the whole of the UK Government are also signatories.
