@williamsracing pick their first #STEM students for the international Randstad Williams Engineering Academy in September 2015. This is the first programme of its kind; one that will help mentor students and support their development in their bid to become future Formula One engineers.

Year 1 officially began in October and will include a series of e-learning courses created in partnership with Cambridge University Press, one of the world's leading educational publishers. An incredible competitive application process, means that the Williams goal is for Academy graduates to join Williams on completion of their university studies.

@williamsracing form part of the @F1inSchoolsHQ competition encouraging students from nine to 19 years old to take part.

F1 in Schools is aimed at changing the perception of science, technology, engineering and maths by grounding these subjects in real life application.
